Tim was great! Friendly, professional and got our shower fixed and water back on quickly. We've used Benoure for several critical plumbing and HVAC issues over the years. They fix whatever needs fixing, and go the extra mile to make improvements, like when they replaced our central air unit and also improved it's foundation and moved it away from the window so it didn't impede our view. We appreciate their excellent service.

Two months ago, the hot water heater stopped working so I called. I was scheduled out 2 months, which is my experience with any appointment based services post 2020 so I'm accepting of that (I may have been more upset if it were winter). Crystal and Tim were professional and efficient. Clear communication about expectations, appointment time, and cost the entire time. Tim was immediately able to diagnose and correct the problem in about an hour. Happy with how this went and happy to have hot water again. Thank you!!

After most of the plumbing/heating service providers we had for years retired or moved away I was looking to establish a relationship with an established, reputable company that would be responsive when problems develop with my heat or plumbing system. I’d seen the Benoure trucks in my neighborhood and decided to reach out after reading some great google reviews. Austin, the Benoure technician doing my boiler inspection and toilet replacement arrived on time, greeted me with a smile and introduction. After telling me what he would be doing and in what order, Austin began the job and worked at a professional pace while keeping me informed of his progress. Austin was a pleasure to have working in my home as he was polite, made eye contact and was an exceptionally clear communicator. This was a great first experience and I believe I’ve found the company I need for my future plumbing heating needs.

Recently Steve Fisher serviced my York A/C and replaced the condenser motor fan. Steve explained everything he was doing, he was very knowledgeable and thorough, he was respectful, and I feel, went above and beyond. Thank you Steve. Benoure Heating and Plumbing is lucky to have you !!

Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room. We won't use another company. Benoure treated us great, and I don't think we could find any better. Thank you to Benoure, Ryan and Patrick!
