BP WASTEWATER SERVICES OF VT

Called BP last week regarding a clogged kitchen drain. Two service people were sent that afternoon to check it out. They worked together to snake the drain. They cleaned up after the work was finished. They explained everything they did and answered all questions I had. Total time in the house was 35-45 minutes. I was satisfied that the work was done completely and drain has been working perfectly since their visit.

They were able to schedule me fairly quickly. Points for that. My son had snaked my kitchen sink days before and that helped. Not sure I needed the appointment but went through with it anyway because this is 3rd time in one year there’s been a problem. So I went with preventative medicine approach. Collin, the technician, was personable, communicative and thoughtful. He did do tests to ascertain why and where the problem might be lodged. Results were inconclusive. inconclusive. However, he did repipe ( update and retrofit) the plumbing under the sink to make it easier to access with a snake in the future. That did add to the cost of the visit. It wasn’t cheap (390$ for 1.5 hours visit plus parts and some extra labor cost). However, I’m pleased, so far, by the service and grateful the sink is draining!

Our septic system is approaching 50 years and we needed some assistance from a professional septic company. We have found BP Wastewater to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly to work with. Collin and Tyler were our field techs - both great. Benjamin Pratt the owner made himself available to discuss further by phone. So far a great experience. We are very likely to continue to work with BP to come to final resolution of our specific system issues.

Response time was excellent. This was the second time we have used BP wastewater to power snake our drain. Over time, our drains experience reduced flow causing our laundry drain to overflow when pumping out the wash tub. Each time BP has cleared the drain and resolved the problem in short order. Terrific response time. Excellent resolution. Reasonable rate. Thank you.

BP Wastewater has responded promptly and positively to the service calls I needed. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They have completed the jobs quickly and efficiently. I plan to use them soon in another project.
