Fantastic company. For the five years we lived in our home, LaPlante handled all our plumbing and heating needs. They were friendly, competent, responsive, fairly priced and great at follow up on new installations such as our heat pump. I highly recommend!

After experiencing an emergency plumbing issue, I called around to try to find help and was turned away by a number of folks. Laplante's was so prompt in responding and offering to quickly jump in to help fix the issue. I can't speak highly enough about how much I appreciate their service. I will definitely be using them again!

LaPlante's is reliable, communicative, and they stand behind the work they do. We very recently had a new boiler installed by them and a few mornings later when it was extremely cold outside, our house was still not able to fully heat up. We reached out to Laplante’s on a Sunday morning to let them know that this was happening, and later that same afternoon three of them were at the house testing the new boiler, investigating the issue further, and helping us identify what the root cause of our heating issue was (the issue was not the new boiler they had installed). We were grateful for their support and reminded why we choose LaPlante’s for all things plumbing and heating.

FIrst experience w LaPlante. Tim showed up on time to unhook our clothes dryer (gas) and hook up a new one. It was a good experience. He explained what needed to be changed and installed an elbow and adapter for the new hose connection. Work was completed quickly and tested. We also had a chat about our boiler set-up. Very professional, courteous and pleasant. Couldn't ask for more really... Nice job!!!!

Ken clearly explained what he was noticing, helped me understand the potential solutions, and patiently answered all of my questions. He also gave me some great advice and affirmed my suspicions around what might have caused the issue.
