I would like to give Emmanuel and his assistants the highest of praises. Two weeks ago he was here for a sink repair. After noticing wetness on the floor which was unrelated to the sink issue, he did not stop until he tracked down an unusual source for a leak and promptly and efficiently repaired it. Today we had a running toilet which involved more than a flap. He quickly switched out the non working parts. The team is very professional and courteous. In addition to the great technicians, I have also received good service as far as scheduling the service calls.

This was our first time using Roto-Rooter after moving into our first home, and I’m actually so satisfied that we did! We had Sai, very smart and informative, and was VERY honest about everything! He made sure he was going to get the work done, and he did it with such ease! Not only was he such a knowledgeable person, but also super friendly, and my wife and I loved listening to his stories! I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing issues, we would definitely be using him again in the future!

Bill showed up unexpectedly quickly which was great since our leak was a surprise! He was professional and knowledgeable and able to answer all of questions. He also helped us drain the tank and prevent further damage and then provided a quote that was reasonable in this economy!
