Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very fast service and our tech was awesome. Turned out to be an issue from our upstairs neighbors, and he went up there and checked with them as well. It was true they didn’t charge any fee for the visit, which was extra nice since the issue wasn’t even coming from my condo. Would definitely use them again anytime! Highly recommended.

This experience was much better than the last. The toilet sits flush with the floor now and doesn’t rock back and forth. The technician was polite and even cleaned up the mess the other Roto Rooter tech left when he was here. This tech lifted the rating from 0 stars. Still, for the first visit, we were charged almost $1000 to fix one toilet, because the technician tried the more expensive option first. And when he left we still only had one working toilet. If he’d done the correct fix on the first toilet, we could have had both toilets fixed for the same amount. Truly though, call Morris-Jenkins. They investigated our issues thoroughly, and when they quoted us it was half the cost for twice as much work. We have only had amazing experiences with Morris-Jenkins!
