Zonun was absolutely amazing! He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed everything with great care and professionalism. He explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. It’s rare to find someone so honest, efficient, and respectful. We experienced a sewer back up at my office building last week In Mooresville. I called several local plumbers who do not have the needed equipment for the job. I contacted Roto-Rooter and they arrived within hours of my first call. Adonis was the service technician who arrived with his truck and trailer with the needed equipment and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. He was very knowlegable and friendly.
