Harrison quoted and completed our breaker panel replacement/upgrade from 100amp to 200amp within the same week. He did a great job educating me about potential risks that come with foregoing certain safety features like surge protection at our breaker to protect our appliances and electronics. We paid ~$4500 to have our panel upgraded with surge protection on some of our circuits over the July 4th weekend. He worked very hard for hours in the heat and kept us up to date on progress and snags as he hit them. Overall I’m very impressed with his work ethic and communication. Everything feels so expensive these days so it helped me feel like it was worth the money to have a friendly service experience.

Ron is my hero! I had a breaker that was constantly tripping the breaker for months. It affected everything in the den and TV. It was cause of great concern. Ron came in with great confidence and fixed the issue quickly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, taking time to educate me on the how & why. I appreciated his professionalism and kind demeanor. I will continue to use Michael & Sons due to my experience with Ron. I will also consider using them as my 1 stop shop for HVAC & Plumbing needs. Ron also took care of 2 other electrical items I needed done in record time. Fast and efficient! Kudos to Ron. I will be requesting him every time.

Experience was exceptional with Bryan at Michael & Sons! We purchased a home that had a gas line to a standalone Gas fireplace that we wanted removed. We contacted Michael and sons to have the gas line capped off. They were able to schedule a Next day appointment. Brian arrived on time, was very professional and handled the required service quickly and at a fair price. We would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to others.

Michael was exceptional at helping us with our air-conditioning issue. He explained everything to us, he cleaned our unit beautifully, and told us how to keep it healthy in the future. My wife and I thought he was nice and easy to talk to. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Thank you Michael!

They sent someone with my same name! That was awesome as I haven’t met another Tommy before. He and his assistant, Rob, were awesome. They navigated our 6 dogs beautifully and were very efficient. We will definitely be hiring him again for our next round of electrical needs. FOLLOW UP: we loved them so much we called them back out to do another outlet. This time the price was astronomical - BUT fair. It was a tricky job. Harrison was very honest about our options: we could do it cheaply, and continuously have to reset the circuit breaker. Or we could run a line from the box under the house to the outlet. It was too much though - we just couldn’t do it. Then he explained their HCA program, AND interest free financing. That made it affordable and less money, and now we know exactly who to call for any of our home maintenance needs. And Harrison, like the last guy, Tommy, was very personable, friendly, kind, and caring. In a time when politics are screaming at us to distrust and hate our neighbor, it’s super awesome that in reality it’s the common ground that brings us together: the values of family and friendship, no matter how different your families are.
