Travis was great. He showed me the calcium problem in my shower drain and made suggestions. He was able to tighten a faucet handle also. I really thought that for the “ time spent “ the price was much too high. It was set by the company and was not the decision of the repairman. Maybe other companies charge as much but I will definitely shop around before my next repair!

Robert was greeted by my wife and shown the location of the water heater in the garage. I arrived about five minutes later to check in on the situation. When I got there, he was on the phone and continued his call for nearly five minutes while I stood nearby, in my own garage. Then he tried to tell me that my water heater was installed incorrectly and claimed he could not flush it. He went on to suggest that I purchase a new water heater from his company to be installed by him, which came across as a clear attempt to upsell me. I told him he was wrong. Our water heater has been flushed annually for the past six years without issue. Our regular technician, who unfortunately moved out of state, never had a problem performing the service. Our house was inspected twice by two different contractors before we purchased it. Despite its age—12 years, our Rheem water heater continues to work perfectly due to consistent, professional maintenance. For context, our home was built by Bonterra, a builder known for custom, high-end homes and attention to detail. I found Robert’s behavior very unprofessional and ultimately asked him to leave.

I noticed a soaked and wet area on one side of my house, and water was dripping from a tube connected to my house, I called Ben. Franklin and scheduled for the area to be checked, David came in today, he looked at all the areas that could possibly be leaking but he didn't find anything. I have been using One House Heating and Ben. Franklin for years, I always get services, David was kind, nice, he was honest and kind. I don't mind seeing David again if I run into issues in the future. I truly appreciate David so much

I had a very positive experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The repairman who came out, Adam, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about my plumbing problems. He answered all my questions and repaired what was going on in a timely manner. I will definitely call this company next time I have a plumbing issue and will be asking for Adam.
