Great service in a Sunday afternoon. They showed up within an hour, explained everything that they were going to do and how they were going to fix up my broken sewer drain. Got the drain opened up temporarily and scheduled to have my sewer line dig up and fixed. Great price as well. And the cleaned after they did the work! Can”t tell you how many times I’ve had work done at the house and they leave a mess. If I have any more plumbing issues I can’t fix I’m calling these guys. I took a star off though for them not sending a receipt or the pictures they said they would send over. I waited 2 week, texted and emailed with no response at all. I finally called the main office and within 5 minutes I got my receipt and the pictures of the work so I could start an insurance claim. I would advise you call the main office if you need to contact them and avoid email and text.

Our service tech Aaron was wonderful. He arrived 45 miinutes after our call on a Sunday which was impressive !! He talked and walked us through the entire process as he performed his job. Extremely nice individual . If I ever have sewer issues again, I will call Roto Rooter again and I will ask that they send Aaron .

Aaron came to my house and saw how bad it was. At first I was hesitant due to money but I changed my mind and he came back the next day. Gave me a fair price and fixed it up so my bathtub and my kitchen sink aren't leaking anymore. Thanks again Aaron.
