During one of the most challenging times-when my pipes burst due to freezing on February 21, 2025—Randy was an absolute lifesaver. While two other plumbing companies came out and offered no real solutions or sense of urgency, leaving me without water for two long months, Randy stepped in and turned everything around. A huge thank you to Brent from Power Dry for recommending KB Complete; it was the best referral I could have asked for. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the experience was seamless. Randy not only fixed the burst pipes but also expertly handled the water line where the ceiling had collapsed. His ability to tackle such a complex issue with ease was truly impressive. During the service, we also discussed my water heaters, which I had purchased from Home Depot. Unfortunately, the third-party vendor failed to pull the necessary permit from the KC MO codes administrator. Even after Home Depot reviewed the situation, the city code department confirmed that no permit had been obtained prior to installation. Although the vendor eventually secured one permit, the inspector noted that two should have been pulled since I have two water heaters. I shared these frustrating details with Randy after he repaired the water lines, and he immediately took action. Randy went above and beyond by taking the time to write a detailed service order, complete with costs and installation plans for the water heaters. His thoroughness and willingness to address additional issues were remarkable. True to his word, Randy arrived on time for every appointment, which is something ! deeply appreciate. He explained the necessary repairs clearly and concisely, making sure I understood every step of the process. His efficiency and extensive knowledge truly set him apart, providing the best service l've ever experienced from a plumbing company. Update: June 25, 2025 Randy Smith of KB Complete (within their plumbing unit) came out for a same day call and schedule repair service to take care of a leaky bathroom fixture that caused ceiling damage on the finished basement floor level beneath. Randy was also extremely professional and polite and completed the repairs and cleaned up the area thoroughly and completely when finished. He thoroughly explained as he showed me what the issues were, as well as what caused the damage, and the recommended repairs to eliminate future issues. All repairs were executed and the area was cleaned up to my complete satisfaction. I still highly recommend this company for others in need of their services as they continue to work hard at gaining and valuing customer satisfaction. Update: April 23, 2025 I called for service on another project to replace a bad transformer and photocell. I had the part already purchased and delivered to our home and had the technician swap the part out for us. We also discovered a junction box that needed to be replaced as water from our sprinkler system had gotten inside and began to corrode the metal parts and connections. Benicio was the technician who arrived and completed the work for us. He was equally as professional and courteous as my previous experience had been with other technicians from this company. He implemented a design to help prevent water intrusion in the future and tested the system in my presence to insure everything was working properly. We remain satisfied with the service from this company and are pleased with the short time frame we received in scheduling those services Original Post: April 9, 2025 Chris Rose of KB Complete Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out on 04/09 to give me a bid to replace old burnt out low-voltage landscape lighting with new LEDs fixtures and assisted me in creating new designs for other zones of my property. The very next day, he arrived punctually at the scheduled time and walked the property with me to finalize the design and placement of the new fixtures. Chris is very courteous and professional and has a very easy/going demeanor and pleasant personality and listens attentively. He executed the installation with expert craftsmanship with attention to detail that satisfied our expectations. He was joined by Logan and later Sergio and both gentlemen were equally as polite, courteous and professional. They were all exemplary examples in showing what good customer service to clients should be and they represented the company as if they were primary owners who valued customer service that promote return clients and loyalty. My wife and I were so pleased that we signed up for KB’s annual service and maintenance for our Heating and Cooling systems for late fall and early spring. I would highly recommend this company to others and especially those three fine gentlemen.

After my basement recently flooded I called KB to come check out my sump pump. When Christopher took the cover off of the sump pump he said "whoa who did this work for you?" When I told him it was KB Complete he looked up my records and said that the guy who did the work wasn't very good and that he's no longer employed by KB. He then told me that I needed a new sump pump without explaining exactly what the issue was, just that it needed replaced. He quoted a price of $2500. I got a second opinion from AB May the following week. When the technician looked at the sump pump he immediately said that the pump float is being blocked from an improperly installed check valve and that's why it's not working. When the AB May technician told me this I then understood why the KB employee had the reaction he did. KB Complete should stand by their work. If they would have originally installed the sump pump correctly it would have worked properly preventing my basement from flooding. UPDATE 08/13/25 Thank you so much for resolving the issue I experienced with my sump pump. Your team's responsiveness to resolving this matter quickly were truly appreciated. I especially want to thank James Martin for his excellent customer service in providing a positive resolution! Thanks again!
