Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating and Cooling

Sam replaced our old water heater that was broken and some of the pipes and shut off valve that were corroded around the area. He explained all my possible options very easily so I could understand everything thoroughly before I made any decisions on which new water heater to choose. When I also asked if he could look at our toilet he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our toilet promptly. He was so kind and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend him and Dick Ray and will use them going forward if I need any more home work done.

We were very happy with the service! He was able to fix an issue that could’ve easily cost us so much more $$! He didn't try up selling us on bigger repairs which we truly appreciated! He answered all of our questions before, during and after the job was done. We were very happy with his work and will be return customers! I’m just sorry we didn’t try using them earlier and wasted so much money with Bob Hamilton over the years, who I will never use again!!
