Lula

Lula was hired to replace/repair my fence. It is over 17 years old so it's ridiculous to try and repair it. It needed to be replaced. My landlord opted to repair it, of course. The 1st crew Lula sent failed miserably at the repairs, destroyed the only gate that has access to my back lot and left a huge mess all over my yard before leaving without saying a word to me. The 2nd crew made passable repairs where they could and fixed the errors from the 1st crew but I'm still missing the gate that was destroyed and the access it provided to my back yard.

They were friendly and very fast the large tree was removed in less than 20 minutes. They also cleaned up all the debris that was caused by cutting down the tree.

Only 3 stars because the technician was wonderful. The text communication for setting up an appointment is tacky and they are rude asl. I wouldn’t have used them if I had to pay for it ONLY because of the rude as service. The technician did his job effectively and it wasn’t one problem.

The a/c techs & installers were top notch! They even placed a portable a/c unit in my condo to insure that I had cool air until the install was complete! Been cool ever since! Thanks Lula!! Y’all did a great job! Highly recommend these folks for any HVAC work!! 🥳🌬️💨❄️☃️⛸️🛷🥇💪🏽🤙🏼🙏🆒✅‼️

Central air was fixed 1 day after it quit working. Tech was friendly and professional fixed the issue and replaced my furnace filter. He also checked the pilot light on my water heater as this is a new apartment for me. Excellent service I'm very happy.
