I contacted Anthony's for a replacement of 2 outdoor water facets. I set up 2 contracts with them on their 19.98 per month warranty to cover regular ac/heating services for my house and my rental house. When they came out they quoted $1,800.00 for the job and I knew that was too much. After doing a lot of discounts, they arrived at $1,150.00 for the job. I told them no and called customer service to cancel both of the contracts. Here it is 14 days later and I have not gotten the refund for the $19,98 on either contract. I had to wait for a day for billing to call and tell me the refund was not approved. This is a company that will tell you they provide customer service while trying to charge 3 times the cost. I contacted a different plumber and asked how much he charges for the replacement of 2 out door faucets and he told me the going rate is $325.00 per faucet so in turn would be $650.00 dollars. He came out and did in fact only charge $650.00. Now understand, Anthony's discounted the price from $1,850.00 to $1,100.00. I got the job done by another plumber for $650.00. I will NEVER call Anthony's again for anything.

The service was good but the appointment scheduling isn't ideal. I scheduled the appointment several days later than needed, and wasn't able to schedule a time or even a window of time. It's common to at least be given a 4 hour window to expect a service such as this, but that wasn't an option. I was told to wait by the phone all day and answer a call 30 minutes before arrival, which meant I had to be off work and available for an entire day. The day of the appointment, I had no updates so I decided to cancel because I couldn't stay home all day not knowing when the person would arrive. Right after I cancelled, I was contacted and told a person could be in the area soon, so I accepted. The tech was excellent and professional. The problem with my A/C was that it didn't turn on twice the previous week. The tech identified a problem with the wiring on the outside unit. A burned wire was found at the terminal. The tech said that whoever installed it probably wasn't paying attention and left the wire loose. The entire new HVAC system was installed by Anthony in October 2024 and the tech confirmed this. If your company installed this 9 months ago and the tech said the wiring wasn't installed right, I don't think I should have to pay for this visit and repair, but I did anyway. Update: was asked to call in the reply from the company to "make things right". I wanted to give them that chance and was told over the phone that there is nothing they can do. It is disappointing that a company doesn't stand behind their own installation. Now I have no reason to use their service again.

Our hot water heater was not working in the morning. From the first call the process was smooth. Justin showed up an hour later, on time. Communication from was great. Justin did an outstanding job of replacing our water heater from start to finish. He explained all of the options the costs associated with doing certain repairs and made great recommendations. His level of customer service was great and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing or other repairs you need!

I had an amazing experience with this Anthony! From the moment I called, they were super responsive and helpful. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, and really knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a leaky faucet) and fixed it in no time. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency – he explained everything clearly and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The price was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Anthony installed a system in our home back in June 2020. It came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. This past Saturday, August 9, 2025 they charged us $149 for a repair to the system that they installed, that was covered under warranty. While I’m sure the warranty helped cover the costs I am not sure what reason I was responsible for the $149 when labor and materials were covered. The technician did a great job by the way! He is deserving of a 5-Star review, however I do not feel that the company is honoring their commitment. Update: Customer care has been in contact and agreed to refund our $149 initially requesting by phone that it was contingent on removing the 1-star review. The customer care representative then let me know that he was aware of other possible charges that could occur including covering costs of additional leak searches, refrigerant loss, etc. I’m not sure what good a warranty is that guaranteed 10 years parts and labor when there are additional costs initially undisclosed in our agreement that are brought to light in time of need. Right now they have not charged any of those fees only brought them to light perhaps to soften a perceived blow that may come. The technician returned because the prior issue returned and parts are now on order to replace the blower wheel that has failed.
