I called Mike’s Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon because a pipe had burst in my home. I had reached out to another plumbing company first, but they were unable to respond quickly. Fortunately, Mike’s Plumbing arrived promptly. The technician was knowledgeable about my situation and fixed the issue efficiently. Recently, I contacted Mike’s Plumbing again to get an estimate for installing hot and cold lines to my backyard spigot. The technician, Robert, arrived on time and was also very knowledgeable. Made online appointment on a Saturday, follow up within 30 minutes. Service technician Jeremy Maynor called to notify he was on the way. Once he arrived, I showed him everything I wanted fixed. He gave me a quote and began work immediately. He made recommendations for long term satisfaction and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Justin and KC came to look at the repairs I needed done. Mike came shortly after and I got the estimates. Received future estimate for more repairs. Decided not to go with future repairs they told me about. I got a second opinion. Also, another union plumber opinion said price charged seemed kinda high. Just saying. Work done was good.

I contacted Mike's Plumbing on the recommendation of others who have used them. I am so glad I did. At the very beginning, Robert kept me updated on his arrival time. Once he arrived, he introduced himself, stepped into his shoe covers and proceeded to complete the replacement of the shut off valve assemblies for both of my toilets. He was so professional and courteous. I threw a lot of questions his way about some upcoming projects I would like to do and he was more than happy to provide me with the information needed to get started. Rabbit and Chris showed up on time even though they had to work me in. It was greatly appreciated since I have a sick family member that needed to have access to water.They replaced my water pump, which I know was a difficult job as we tried to get the old one off for two days. They worked hard and worked late to make sure the job was done. Everyone was very polite. Definitely recommend.
