Absolutely outstanding, across the board. HUGE shout out to Zack, Hayden, Nick, and Justin who stayed onsite well into the night to get our water back on and running last night before the weekend. These guys went above and beyond when most would have just left and came back Monday. I can't stress enough the display of dedication to the customer that I witnessed. And special thanks to Kyle for his tireless work on a massive job for us a couple of weeks ago and to Liz for her excellent customer service. Highly recommend this crew for any of your needs. We're quite happy with our new systems and will absolutely call back for all of our needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Kyle was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns. He arrived early and completed the job quicker than I expected. I've used Mr. Rooter for a number of projects and will continue to use them.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the recommendations that he made so that I could make the best decision for what work needed to be done. On top of doing all of the work that needed to be done, Kyle also was able to find a diamond pendant of mine that literally had gone down the drain! It has sentimental value and my family was SO appreciative that he was able to find it.

We contacted Mr Rooter to replace the exterior faucet that was leaking in our property. Our assigned service professional was Liz. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We discussed options and she also provided suggestions. She was respectful of the property and kept us informed of the progress throughout the project. We are looking forward to continue to work with Mr Rooter.
