We had a major slab plumbing issue that required over 50 feet of tunneling under our home, and RooterMan handled it from start to finish with professionalism, skill, and a surprising amount of patience. Brett was our main point of contact—clear, honest, and responsive throughout the process. When unexpected complications came up (and there were a few), he helped us navigate them without panic or pressure. Chris did a lot, if not most, of the plumbing work and was fantastic—steady, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. His apprentice, Matthew, worked hard every day and kept a great attitude the entire time. Collen, who oversees the work, made sure everything was done to standard and showed up to check in and make sure we were taken care of. These guys really care about doing things right, and it shows. It was a huge job, but they made it manageable. I highly recommend RooterMan if you want a team that knows their stuff and takes care of their customers.

Eddie from Rooterman Plumbing was great to work with. He showed up on time and kept me updated the whole way through. We found that a nail had penetrated the pipe, and even though it was really close to the slab, he worked hard to carefully cut out that section and replace it with a new piece — instead of having to re-run the whole pipe. That saved us a lot of time and money. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Canon was fantastic! I had a pressure issue with the hot water in my shower and had another plumber take a look at it. They told me nothing could be done to fix it. I decided to try again with Rooter and am glad I did! Canon spent the time to eliminate possible issues, starting with the most affordable potential fix (i.e replacing the cartridge). He went across town to get the one I needed. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a different issue with the valve. When replacing my valve, he was meticulous in his work. Would HIGHLY recommend.
