I called yesterday for an appointment to check out my sewer line . They were able to come today and check everything out. Fast , reliable, thorough job. Rick did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing. Definitely will recommend this company to everyone.

Omg. These people are miracle workers! Had a drain blockage, water coming up the toilet. Got a guy in one half hour on a Friday! Travis was the bomb! Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Even the dispatch person was so helpful.

Randy was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my heater in less than 2 hours and provided me with valuable education on maintenance and upkeep. I will be using Rochester plumbing and heating’s services again if I need any other work done on my pluming or HVAC.

Exceptional service and response time to emails. We were able to get a water softener installed within days of inquiry. After install there was an issue with the hot water, our email was answered within minutes, and a tech came back and fixed the issue the next day free of charge. The tech that came to do the install was very professional and great to work with, he even offered to pick us up some water softener salt to get us started. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this company. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well.

I had a water heater and softener replaced. I received quality service from the estimate to the final installation. Duncan, the installer, did an excellent job from beginning to the end. He treated me as a customer with courtesy and respect. Will always use this company. They know what they are doing.
