I 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to fix or replace a furnace. Jaimie in the office was very patient and helped me to understand exactly what I would be paying for regarding the non-covered work that my home warranty company wasn’t paying. She was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled to get my furnace replaced. She also checked to see if I qualified for a rebate with my gas and electric company. When I did, she submitted the rebate form on my behalf. She didn’t have to do that, and I’m very grateful for her kindness. Lee H and Thoeun were responsible for taking out the old furnace and replacing it with the new, energy efficient one. From the very start, they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how the new furnace works. They left leaving the area spotless around the new furnace, making sure that everything was completely cleaned up. The electrician that came was also very friendly and supportive. Overall, my experience with this company was fantastic. They helped me get heat back in my home for my family, and I’m very grateful my home warranty company chose them to replace my furnace.

Had an air handler installed which was a disaster in itself. After our first real cold winter my wall filled with water once the temperature warmed up. Thought I'd get someone to inspect where it was coming from and it was an Improperly installed air handler unit in my attic. Apparently my house shifts over 4 inches and moved the 500lb air handler by itself is what Eric from K&S says. This will be addressed through proper officials and I'll update.

Dawson was excellent. I had a laundry list of tasks and questions that he tackled with no problem. He communicated great from letting me know when he was on his way to answering all my questions. He repaired a fixture and replaced 2 others. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional.

My husband and I were very pleased with the men sent to our home to put in a new air conditioner and furnace. They did a great work. Coulton explained things that will make it easier to manage both furnace and air conditioner. Thanks!
