Haley Comfort - Heating, Air Conditioning & Fireplaces - 24/7 Service

We've had a long-standing relationship with Haley's, and their service has always been exceptional. Over the years, they've helped us with A/C replacements, water heaters, and garage heaters, among other things. We recently encountered an issue with our water softener, which had been used for 23 years. As expected, it needed repairs. Haley's responded promptly, arriving within a day to assess the situation and returning the next day to provide a quote for a new water softener installation. Their pricing is very reasonable, but what truly sets Haley's apart is their outstanding customer service. Steve and Pete recently assisted us with the water softener, explaining everything clearly and walking us through the process. I highly recommend making Haley's your first call for HVAC needs. Josh is incredibly thorough servicing my mini split. He arrived on time, and communicated extremely well about what he was doing, and offering advice that made sense to me, I did not feel he was trying to pressure me into paying for parts or services that were not necessary. Hailey Comfort is a top notch company with first class employees.

We reached out to Haley for a second opinion as we weren't getting anywhere with K&S to get the A/C working, after multiple visits. I booked the appointment online on Monday, technician came the following day! I was shocked since it usually takes a few days, if it's not an emergency. The technician who came was straight forward, explained what was going on and gave us options on a replacement A/C unit. This was on Tuesday, by Friday, a new A/C unit was installed and still operational. The technician even checked the furnace to make sure that will work in the fall. We greatly appreciated your help with getting the A/C issue resolved, since it had not been working since early Spring.

When my furnace caught fire, haley was the first company to come out same day. They even left me with space heaters to make sure I stayed warm while I waited for my furnace. Once my order was placed, they came and replaced my furnace with such ease and cleanliness. Thank you again.
