From the dispatcher to the technician, the service I received was wonderful! The dispatcher was the calm and pleasant voice I needed when I called about my sump pump issues. When Michael, the technician called, he was kind and polite. He told me his ETA and was right on. They sent a picture of the technician and his review ratings over text which was very nice so I knew who was coming to my door. When Michael arrived, he assessed the sump pump, called another tech for a second opinion/verification of his findings and presented his findings to me. The pump needed to be replaced (which wasn't a surprise) and Michael showed me a lot of options and ways he could save me money. If I need Plumbing services again, I'm definitely calling Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains!

They are the best! The team was fair, hard working and excellent communication. He followed up with completing the work in a timely manner and going above and beyond! Special shout out to Michael B for being so amazing in a difficult situation. Crawling into uncomfortable places to complete a difficult task and he maintained professionalism was patient, kind and calm during the entire project. Awesome! 👏

Michael Bussell is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing my water softener. He’s an awesome guy and went above and beyond. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the service was quite expensive. At this rate, I might need to go to plumbing school myself!

Technician DAVID came at 1 o’clock as promised. He was able to arrange a new heater and install it before supper time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and neat. You really appreciated. Not having to wait a day for delivery .five stars all the way!

Schad arrived within a couple hours of my call which was fantastic. A true pro. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional & efficient. Cleaned up well. Would definitely call him again!
