Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! Chris, Roberto, and Joey from San Antonio Roadrunner Plumbing and Air were absolutely top-notch! They were professional, respectful, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. They replaced my AC coil, and now my air conditioner is working like new! Before finding them, I was stuck dealing with First American Home Warranty, and it was a nightmare. The contractor they sent out, Extreme Air Experts, was anything but expert. Total waste of time. I’m beyond grateful I found Roadrunner — they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be using them for all my future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I have used Roadrunner Plumbing for over 10 years and always get prompt, professional service and repairs. They communicate clearly and deliver a high quality result for a fair price. First class operation and plumbers.

We were in a jam! Our laundry room sink started filling with water and there was no water running anywhere. It was a Monday and we were leaving town Tuesday. I called Road Runner Monday morning and they were here Monday afternoon. Mike introduced himself and his technician, and they got to work. Within minutes he knew what the problem was and gave us two options to resolve it. We took the option that meant we wouldn’t have that problem anymore. They were fantastic to work with! They showed us the video of before and after and it was like our line was power washed! They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even here. We aren’t going to use any other company! Road Runner is the ONE!

I got home from vacation to find my AC broken, and the house 91 degrees! I called Roadrunner because I know they are a neighborhood favorite, and they did not disappoint. I called around 4pm and someone came by 6pm that night! Robert was extremely kind and professional and was able to fix the issue. Roadrunner deserves their great reputation.

I had some really great experience working with Roadrunner plumbing and air ( previously CMC plumbing). Back in 2020, the owner Chris and his team helped me identify a very big problem within the water pipe layout of my plumbing system: the softened water went only to a few places instead of the whole house. They had to reroute the pipes by making the minimal impact to the existing structure. At the same time they helped replace the very old water softener with a new one. Everything worked so well since then. Recently I found my water softener has been leaking. Chris’s team helped me again and replaced the leaking water softener tank by working with the manufacture and the replacement was covered by the manufacture warranty. The customer service and the communication with Chris’s wife Kathy went smoothly although there were a few clarifications needed. Chris and his staff did a great job. They explain things well and are very good at plumbing. Chris and his wife Kathy are honest business owners.
