Parker was great! He quickly grasped what I needed and provided great feedback on my options and suggested additional options for me to consider. The job took just two visits and the outcome was fabulous. Reynolds is great to work with. All of its electricians are great technicians and excellent people people.

The technician Andrei did an awesome job in the replacement of our water heater. He was very detailed and kept me up to speed on all parts of the project. I am so pleased that he'll be back in a couple of days for for another job. I would highly recommend Reynolds for your plumbing needs.

Nick gave us so much information that we had not received from people before him. We completely understand all aspects of this job. He is very efficient, very kind and thorough in his explanations. He suggested a few things that were forward thinking. We have always been impressed with our associations with Reynolds and this remains true.

Rich was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ultimately, he had to deliver some not-so-good news, but he explained it thoroughly and guided me through next steps so I could keep the project moving forward. I trust him and I’m happy to have his help. I know when the work is done, it will be done properly and without shortcuts that could cost me down the road. Rich returned today to finish the work and did an excellent job. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. I really appreciated that he checked with me to make sure all the dogs were secured before opening the front door to take the old dishwasher out. He’s so nice, friendly, and considerate! I’m very happy I chose Reynolds for this project and had the opportunity to meet Rich.
