Carey came after hours, with a smile! He was perfectly professional and good at his job. My A/C was out and he found the problem in minutes. He had the parts and he explained what he was replacing. Carey recommended other items to be replaced or upgraded in the future. Johnny Foster came out to do some regular maintenance on my heat pump system. I have to say, I’ve never had such detailed and informative customer service. He was amazing. He was pleasant, instructive, and thorough. I’ll ask for him by name for our next service appointment!

Scott came out to the house for our yearly system maintenance on the furnace and the A/C unit. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and trustworthy. He detected a bad capacitor and promptly replaced it. Another tech, about 8 months earlier indicated that we should replace the contactors, but Scott checked them and said they had a lot of life left in them. In addition, our A/C unit was low on coolant and he brought that up to spec. The system is working fantastic now! I highly recommend Home Comfort for any of your heating or cooling needs.

Scott showed up to do the annual inspections and service. Was very polite and friendly. He got straight to work and when he came across an issue that he uncovered, he explained it very clearly and detailed. He got everything back up and running very quickly.
