I had a gas heater service from the plumber. Exceptional customer service, polite and respectful. Very quick and efficient. Took the time to explain what had been done, and what I needed to do to make sure the issue doesn’t happen again. Really happy with my experience.

One if the not the most prompt, professional and courteous services I’ve ever had a pleasure to deal with. It was a fairly complex job of replacing an old sewer pipe with a new one and involved a lot of digging. To complicate things further, the boys had to continuously pump the ground water away just to get to the busted pipe 1.5m below the ground. It took in total 3 days, to finish everything but the result is well worth it. The area around has also been tidied up and now looks better than before. Needless to say, I am putting these guys on my speed dial for all of my plumbings needs. A personal letter that just arrived in my mail box was a very nice touch.
