The two men that they sent out to my house, Tony, is the foreman, and Freddy is his apprentice. Very professional, and you just don't see that kind of quality work anymore. It is so refreshing, to see men take that kind of pride in their work. Tony is obviously a seasoned pro, and his apprentice Freddy, is being trained right, to say nothing of the fact, that young man is actually taking pride in what he is learning. To the owner of Red Cap, absolute top shelf employees, they truly take pride in what they do. Red Cap Plumbing & Air Electric did an outstanding job replacing our old water heater with a tankless/compact/energy-efficient unit today! Our old unit was leaking, but thankfully this company came the same day we contacted them and stopped the water damage before mold from the leak had the opportunity to become a major concern. Aaron is the technician who replaced our heater. He is knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at what he does. He listened to our concerns and gave us maintenance tips for our new unit. In addition, every staff member we spoke with was kind, courteous, and professional, including the receptionist who made our appointment over the phone and Thomas, the plumbing manager. We had a great experience with this company, and we highly recommend them!

"Red Cap" was there for me when others were not. Even my Home Warranty company could not send a technician out until Monday. My air went out on Thursday! It's just too hot and dangerous to wait for repairs on an air conditioner here in Florida. I called Friday morning and "Red Cap" sent a technician out that afternoon. Daniel, one of their technicians, was pleasant, knowledgeable and had my air conditioner back on and running good the same day. I am thankful for both, Daniel and Red Cap's scheduler, Dan, who patiently listened and helped me get same day service when I needed it. I am truly grateful.
