Poor Communication & Staffing Issues Very Expensive - High Prices New Ownership - Serviceminds We are long time customers of BFP. Dominic (technician) is very professional, provided excellent advice, listened and communicated well, used high quality parts, and completed the job in a timely manner. All of these qualities are more important to us than price. We highly recommend Dominic. As part of a free plumbing inspection promotion, we called Dominic out last week to check and flush our new Rheem water heater (installed by Acree Plumbing Feb 2024). Dominic quickly noticed that Acree had not included an expansion tank on the WH and recommended it. We agreed and thought it rather odd that Acree did not want to include the expansion tank originally even though we asked about it. Dominic also installed new brass fittings for the cold and hot water lines. Communication Issues - we called BF office (call center) three times since Feb 2024 - No Response! Staffing Issues - our Kenmore WH was leaking last Feb 2024, so we called BF right away to obtain an estimate and have it replaced. The call center said the earliest appointment available for just the estimate was in ONE WEEK! So we called Acree, and they came out the next day. BF did our first repiping years ago using PVC, so we asked Acree about current products that do not crack or become brittle with age and heat. So we also had Acree repipe the house using up to date products that meet the current building code. Acree did a good job of repiping and installing the upgraded Rheem WH. We certainly do recommend Dominic and will use BF again. We just have to be aware of the communication and staffing difficulties with BF. We also recommend Acree and will make sure they pull a permit next time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived Promptly as scheduled. After a review of the things I wanted fixed he made suggestions for other things that needed to be done without any pressure. He was able to Provide me with options and Cost right away. He was very Knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. I was grateful that he was able to get my many problems solved in one day. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the products I received. Job well done!

We had the absolute best employees, Moreau and Gerald, come out to unclogged our kitchen sink. Not only were they respectful and on time, but listened, assess the situation, reviewed our history and clearly explain the next steps. We were shown 3 options so we could make the right financial decision and then they promptly began working. They were both friendly, understanding, extremely competent and overall really nice. What a fantastic job and so efficiently executed. I would definitely recommend their services. Thanks guys!

Zero star I had really hard time With this company I wish I didn’t even think to hire them to repipe my Home ,first I called after I get leak in my house from the old pipe , I get the Technician his name Greg he give me estimate for $ 8000 to pipe the cold and hot pipe in the home and he will talk for discount with his manger (will) and the water heater for $2500 so i said I will check the prices I found the water heater for $580 after. When I told him that he said he will give me six years warranty. I told him six years for extra $2000. That’s not logic. It’s over price so I asked just fix the leak the Second day, they fixed the leak and they said we can install the pipe After that, the technician he said I have a problem In the Pipe under the grass to connect to the water meter the technician Call Greek the technician who represent the work description for me he came after one hour and he started digging in the grass and he said they have to change the whole pipe For another $8000 I refused and I told him the water heater is too expensive and the pipe it’s too expensive I need to speak to the manager. The manager came after another one hour his name (Will) and he started to convince me This is the good price I told him I don’t like the out look of my house they destroyed the front house look and the pipe is expose That’s not good and not professional you should run the pipe from the back of the house I got another company and they said that for half the price He tried to convince me and force for the price they finished and left The second day the restoration company technician found the unplug the equipment and they left everything with mass the wall was had a lot of dust my son has allergy he gets sneeze and cough a lot at this day from the dust, I had to stay in my brother house for extra day to dry the wall when I called the manager and I told him he I don’t like what they did he said that’s not a big deal and the technician for the restoration He’s a witness for that and he had to take a pictures and videos for everything after that he said I can give you discount from $8000-$3000 to add the pipe on the grass I said in the estimation whole pipe for $8000 in the home you just play in the word and gaslighting This is too much, so he said to the technician cut the pipe And left me without water because I don’t want to sign for extra $3000 So I had to call the police department for them and after he said you’re not responsible to pay for anything And when the police officer came I explained everything and I told him the manager said I don’t have to pay and apologized for all the trouble I had and try to find solution and said I’m not responsible for any money. I had a lot of hard time with this company I wish I didn’t hire them from beginning now I have to hire another company To fix everything and run the Pipe from the back of the house Too much hard time in wasting time and too much money I don’t recommend this company for anybody. zero star, After 10 months from suffering in this house finally I got somebody to reply. Thank you for that. By the way the problem here I suffered in this house because of your technician and your manager Mr well try to add thousands dollars tried to convince me to pay for service really effect me and my family in my house they lied to me. They said they will fix my issue in the house Now I have to fix the wall.They makes a lot of holes in the walls and instead they run the pipes from the meter to the kitchen , the technician made Very bad installation for the water heater very dangerous. It’s bring high electric bill I had issue here and I still have it now I have to pay a lot of money to fix their unprofessional work for the water cold line. I tried to explain that I get a lot of issues here very unprofessional company.

We started our day discovering a ruptured pipe, and it rippled out revealing floor and wall damage. As the day ends, we have a new water heater with a Brita water softener and filtration system installed and look forward to a hot shower to end the day. Nick, he was our Ben Franklin savior- nice, personalable, and knowledgeable! We would recommend Ben Franklin!
