On Friday the 13th, our hot water pipe burst at about 10:30 pm. Called Acree first thing Saturday morning. The customer service representative, Mal, was very courteous and helpful. She scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon. Then, the technician, Pauli, called and said he could arrive earlier. Pauli was excellent and provided fantastic service, insights, and advice. The repair was completed before noon. I highly recommend Acree Plumbing, Air, and Electric.

Cameron Soules arrived earlier than expected which I appreciate very much and he was very professional throughout the repair. He explained what he was doing, gave me a few maintenance tips, and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job. The A/C is working even better than before. I appreciated his attention to detail and patience with my questions. Highly recommend him for any A/C work.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience. I’m very disappointed with the service I received and how my concerns were handled. I called because my laundry, dishwasher, and kitchen sink were all not draining. The technician was polite, on time, and helpful. Unfortunately, after he left, I discovered the issue was still unresolved. I did a single load of laundry and found the laundry sink completely filled with dark, dirty water. I called back to explain that the problem was continuing. Instead of sending someone out to fix or even drain the sink, I was quoted $9,000 to reroute all of my plumbing lines. This felt like an extreme response and a clear upsell rather than a solution to the original issue. As a woman, I can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of. I genuinely hope others think twice before hiring Acree.

The original team worked expeditiously to get us under contract and install our new AC system last fall. I was under the impression they were meeting the high rating online. Furthermore, their technicians have always been very polite and responsive to questions. Then came the issues. They did not wire the heat pump properly with the thermostat. This was discovered during one of the cold fronts we got this winter. That took over a month and multiple calls to get corrected. (Side note: They will never return calls unless you’re needing a new system. You will just have to keep calling them.) Then they cleaned the air ducts as part of the install. I believe during the cleaning they damaged the main air supply duct, but I must be fair I am unable to confirm. We had them come out for repair. They temporarily patched the main duct and assessed our home for all new duct system; to ensure no more issues. Mistakes were made in that assessment and they realized they could not actually complete the work as originally instructed. The patch work blew within 6 weeks and another technician came out to patch up again; even though I told the customer service the main air duct needed to be replaced. This patch work lasted less than 2 days and not one manager can be bothered to return a call to fix the system. I now have an AC system blowing cold air in my laundry room and they can’t get a technician out until Wednesday. I am never one to write negative reviews but if I were to go back in time I would stay away from doing business with this company. Customer satisfaction guarantee could not be further from the truth.
