We are so pleased with our experience purchasing a home water system from Alvarez plumbing. From start to finish, Keith was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Never pressured just informed. In fact we were getting a quote to have them install a system we were going to buy online, and he didn't mention their's until I asked. Keith's installation was clean, straight, and tight...professional. He worked diligently but didn't rush or cut corners. Everything looks great. We purchased a water softener and RO system. The pricing was competitive and the system works great! We are very pleased and would highly recommend Keith and Alvarez Plumbing if you are considering a water system.

The Alvarez is a family own business Tony from the Alvarez team arrived to our residence on Tuesday , July 29th to give us a quote for what we are looking for. He looked at our old HVAC system and took measurements on everything we wanted done. After debating and comparing information for about three hours. He came up with a package deal for what we are looking for. After long hard negotiations and we ware satisfied with the finalized proposal he gave us. Tony is the MAN to talk to about getting decent package deal(s). Tony is a fantastic guy and has great social skills . We appreciated his honesty and positive attitude. (By the way he loves to COOK and BAKE!). Also the A/C technicians Sandor and his assistant Xander visited our residence today (August 1st) to replace our 15-year-old A/C HVAC system. They arrived punctually, and Sandor provided a detailed explanation of the tasks they would perform. Sandor and Xander exhibited exceptional friendliness and courtesy throughout the day. Sandor demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in A/C HVAC systems. Sandor showed us how bad our old HVAC system. Sandor stayed and made sure everything was running smoothly. He even helped us to download the app for our new smart thermostat. I highly recommend Sandor and his assistant Xander. They will return next week to complete the full ductwork replacement, a two-day task. My family is extremely satisfied with the air conditioning temperature and notes a significant reduction in humidity. This upgrade was long overdue. High five to Sandor!!! 👍🙌✨🌟🌟

Beware - HIGH PRICED This was an after hours call like around 6 PM. My son broke water main pipe to our home by hitting it with a basketball. We had to turn the water off and have someone come and fix the pipe. I appreciated their prompt response and quality repair. I did feel that based on the work it was overpriced repair. It was about 3 hours of work to replace the pipe and patch everything up. I was expecting maybe $300. Not many parts required. The repair cost $740. I felt stuck because we needed water and it was after hours. In this case I feel the company took advantage. I didn’t have the opportunity to get quotes etc…, If I had, I probably would choose a different provider going forward based on the price alone - not the work.

Alvarez plumbing was very professional, worked with my schedule and fixed my shower faucet leak and replaced my sink faucet and hardware on the weekend with ease. Perry has over 40 years of experience and it shows, I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely recommend.
