We’ve lived in this house for 6 years. The AC unit is 18 years old and finally gave up the ghost…and less than 48 hours later we have a new AC unit and a cool comfortable house thanks to Frank Gay and technician Louis Rodriguez! We called Frank Gay and even though it wasn’t an emergency they gave us a same-day appointment. The technician who came out quickly evaluated our unit (it was pretty obvious that it needed to be replaced) and gave us an estimate, answered all of our questions, was super thorough, and was polite and personable. He took lots of pictures to share with the installation team so there’d be no confusion and no running off mid-repair to find the right parts. And he gave us all the information needed to have a smooth installation the next day. The installation team (Louis and his associate) arrived the next morning and worked very hard nearly non-stop in the blazing July heat for 4.5 hours to complete our install. Louis answered every question that I had and was happy to let me observe and photograph his progress. When they were finished I was amazed at how nice the new unit looked, not only because it was new but because the two technicians were meticulous and did an awesome job cleaning up after their work. By the time they were finished the house was 85F, and just 3 hours later it was down to 76F! The new AC is working perfectly. We are SO grateful for the stellar job that these guys did, and very happy with the responsiveness, skill, and professionalism demonstrated by Frank Gay and their employees. Absolutely recommend Frank Gay for AC installation (and probably all of the other services that they offer too!) A few final tips: - Leave a clear area around your unit for the techs to be able to work BEFORE they arrive. - Make sure you tell the techs what thermostat you’re using if it isn’t the one that came with your AC (for example we use a Nest) - Consider being a good host and have some cold drinks and snacks ready for your techs, these guys work hard and could use hydration and a boost! - Yes, these services are expensive, but *you get what you pay for.* The quality of service + materials was WELL worth it.

Thank you for sending Lewis Rodriguez to my home. He was an amazing technician him and his helper did a great job. They were all day at my house. I have cold air coming out of my air conditioner now they did a fantastic job for me. Thank you, Frank Gay.

I had a very disappointing experience with Frank Gay Services during an AC install. The technician who assessed the job assured me it would be completed within a week — the only reason I chose to go with them despite them being the most expensive option. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. There was a serious lack of communication throughout the entire process. The installation dates were changed without proper notice, and despite a supervisor telling me they would send multiple crews to complete everything in one day, that didn’t happen. Instead, they were at my home for five days, causing unnecessary disruption and frustration. For the premium price I paid, I expected professionalism, efficiency, and transparency — but this experience fell far short. I would not recommend Frank Gay Services based on my experience. Update 2 weeks later - still no resolution. Frank Gay scheduled a time to fix some of the installation issues. They then called and informed me that if they couldn’t come early, they wouldn’t be able to make it. After $40,000 this is how you’re treated as a customer. Each person who calls has no idea of the history. Most despicable company I have ever worked with! Picture is what they did to over 100 year old molding!

Frank Gay services is awesome!! Roy was very helpful and explained everthing to us when we needed a replacement system. Antonio and his helper, did outstanding work on replacing our AC system and even next day service. The system looks beautiful and works as expected!!! Well worth the money I have brand new everything and a upgraded thermostat!!
