Rapid Plumbing & Restoration

My family had a fantastic experience working with Dennis and Dan. They were both professional and personable. They were so thorough with every detail, and diligent in meeting the projected timeline at my grandmother's home during a time of high emotions for my family. They really went above and beyond and my mom still gloats about the services they provided. Added bonus- great sense of humor.

Dan recently did some work in our home. It involved plumbing some remediation. The estimate was fair, the quality of work was excellent. Dan did a thorough job of explaining what the work would be. I highly recommend this company.

The review provided by Zachary Holt should be disregarded in the strongest possible terms. Mr. Holt's remarks are a gross misrepresentation of the facts and conditions. The purpose of his review appears to be intended to do harm to the reputation of a very good business by misleading potential customers to believe that he was a customer who was dissatisfied with the services when in fact the work was contracted by this LLC. Mr. Holt and his partner were tenants at the triplex where extensive and major plumbing work and damage restoration within and below each unit was needed, partially due to negligence on the part of Mr. Holt and his partner. Communications to all tenants were coordinated by Rapid Restoration and the property management company. Unfortunately, throughout the course of the job it appeared that Mr. Holt was the only tenant who failed to pay attention or retain the information that was provided. As the customer we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Rapid Plumbing and Restoration. We have used the company on several occasions for our rental properties. In every instance we have been fully satisfied with the professionalism, quality, and timeliness of their work. Rapid Plumbing and Restoration is one of our "Go To" service providers in the Treasure Valley.

I would never even think of hiring these plumbers for anything in the future. After working on our house for almost 2 months, they finally finished. During this time they repeatedly showed up unannounced, despite having mine and my partner's number and us requesting a notice multiple times. Dan refused to text us letting us know when they were working and would arrive unannounced and shut our water off. For about 3 weeks the plumbers left a 3x3 hole in our floor and left it completely uncovered and open. While in the middle of all of this, the plumbers also left our backdoor WIDE OPEN and left while the DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN. My roommate and I were gone at the time so we have no idea how long they left it like that. Plumbers also got paint all over our doorknob and floor, and left trash in our backyard for days. After requesting additional details for this maintenance, Dan proceeded to yell at me in my doorway about how I was impatient and he was "doing the best job anyone else could." After flaunting his ego, he also threatened to leave the water off for longer than necessary next time he needed to so he could prove his point.

Once again Dan did a great job on the ceiling repair and I am sure the door is in a lot better condition than it was. Will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to others, thanks Wayne Barber
