Highly recommend Express, they always are very professional but also very personable. I always feel very comfortable having them in our home. Cole was so helpful and kind, fixing an issue we have had for years and many technicians weren't able to solve it. Really appreciated his dedication to helping us out and we're excited for our new air purifier!

Excellent work. They responded fast to our emergency. Friendly and expert service. They always alerted me when they were coming. Very straightforward with costs and how long the work would take. Cole and Simon explained every step in detail and the benefits in the upgrades and repairs. This kind of in personalized service is hard to find. So far so good, had express plumbing fix our main sewer line under our driveway and they had it done in one day, although I am still waiting for them to fill in the concrete..I'm sure some things are out of their control when they have to hire someone else for a different part of the job. When I first met with Simon for a quote on this project he was very thorough and informative. I truly appreciated that he listened and cared about the house, checking to make sure there wasn't any other leaks, went above and beyond looking under the crawl space even. Unfortunately we won't be using the maintenance program services, they tried rescheduling for a 3rd time, at that point I was disappointed..which is too bad really because we have other projects that we would of used them for.

Very quick response scheduled an inquiry the night before Cole showed up first thing the next morning. We went over the existing issues he checked them all. We discussed all all of the options for the repair including financing options before any work was performed. COLE was great. He was able to repair The air conditioner, water heater, and replace a outside faucet. It was nice to have Express Plumbing, Heating & Air Handle everything in one vist. Thanks, Cole D.

Derek was very kind and helpful with my requests and polite when entering and exiting my home. He was very thorough in assessing my heating, air, and plumbing. Derek explained all of my options at the end of the inspection. As always, Express sends out top quality technicians. I recently had knee surgery and Derek even offered to help move anything I needed. Such a nice guy!
