Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I was very pleased with the service I received from Wickstrom. The service technician, Farris, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I called about a clogged drain in my bathroom sink. Farris unclogged the drain and even went beyond that to look at the pipes in the house coming from that bathroom and gave some recommendations. He also wore “booties” and placed a mat outside our main door to prevent dirt from being tracked into the house. Farris was professional and very personable. I would definitely recommend Farris and Wickstrom to others.

I had the pleasure of Harley and Carter coming to my home today to service my air conditioning system. They were right on time, very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. They were very respectful of my home and worked effectively and were very knowledgeable. You can tell both of them have great training and believe in the doing everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend Wickstrom to any one. Ask for Harley and Carter!

Farris did a good job by explaining every step and what needs to be done with me. He is polite and professional. We woke up with a clogged drainage causing a back flow that flood the deck at our garage. We called Wickstrom and they were able to come check for us. We called other companies before calling wickstrom but we ended up with wickstrom . Dispatch fee for others is 3x what wickstrom is charging. Wickstrom charges $39 as dispatch fee. The others were quoting 90's and 180's for emergencies outside regular business hours. I will recommend wickstrom for all your plumbing needs. They also have a cool membership plan for maintenance that I think it's a good deal.

Ryan and Austin came out to our home today to perform our air conditioning maintenance. They arrived on time they were very personable and knowledgeable and both did a fantastic job today in my home. Would highly recommend them both thank you

Farris was awesome! He cleared my bathroom drain, answered questions and provided helpful DIY tips. He was also very courteous and put on booties before entering my home. I would definitely recommend Wickstrom and plan on calling them again with any additional plumbing issues.
