I am beyond impressed with this company! They are courteous and friendly on the phone. And though at times they are pretty busy, they will make it work for you! Want to mention a special shout out to Jeffrey Cowman! He went above and beyond to make things work for us quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge. He is a rare gem and just overall a good human, which is obvious the moment you meet him. We’re loyal customers:)

Dean came out to work on our mini-split today and did an amazing job. He communicated perfectly and was so kind and knowledgeable! He really is so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him for any repair need or new installments.

Cedric was very nice! He helped explain things to us that we did not know. The plumbing on this old house was kind of confusing but he kept digging (literally) and found the problem! He even came in on his day off and helped because he knew being a mom of a toddler without a bathroom would be difficult. My husband had to leave in the middle of Cedric working so Cedric helped me clean the backup that had occurred in the tub. He made a recommendation on how to get it fixed in the future so that we don't have the same problem again. He was very nice and explained step by step what had happened, what needed to happen, and what he was doing. We had a great experience and we'll be happy to have him when we have any more plumbing needs!

I was so thankful Right Now was able to repair our AC quickly. I called two other companies who didn't have availability for 5 more days (weekend & holiday), so I'm thankful for the quick fix in this July heat! Brian was fantastic. He was very thorough, prompt and professional. Our AC is up and running quickly. Everything was transparent from the pricing, to educating potential future issues, to scheduling our visit. I received two phone calls during my scheduled 3-hour service window updating me on arrival time, which I appreciated. As a bonus, he included my 3 boys in the process and taught them about what he was fixing, why it didn't work, and how to repair it. They loved it, and I really appreciated it!

Customer Service rating 5 Stars. The office administration was outstanding in following up with getting the appointment scheduled. The service technician was extremely professional and friendly. The reason I did not rate the company 5 Stars is because I felt their service call fee was pretty high for the type of service which was unclogging a toilet. In fairness, I have never had to call in a plumber with owning 4 homes so I could be out of touch of what the current rates run within the plumbing industry. I have worked in the solar and electrical contracting industry for over 16+ years, and our service call rates were much lower.
