Prime Plumbing LLC

New construction build here with 13 months of experience working with Prime. Rough in plumbing and final plumbing for new build was done as expected. I’m not an inspector or permitting, so I’m communicating results from the plumbing work. My general lens as an owner, does the water run and are there leaks. Called Prime in Feb ‘25, we had a leak at a bathroom faucet and faulty plunger, booked an appointment and had a plan to inspect. Calls, text and emails, the issue was resolved July 16, 2025 (4/5 months). Painful experience to get Prime to get the parts to repair this and it required 4-5 months. When plumber was in house, he was upbeat and positive, I always appreciated that, given the repair timeline. It took a long time, and appreciative this was resolved. 12 months and 2 weeks into the plumbing ownership and a check valve on the inline in my garage leaked and has caused Subfloor, LVP, and wall damage. Tally for repair is adding up quickly and laundry room is unusable at the moment due to the water leak. In summary, the office is solid answering phone, confirming appointments (4 stars) The techs when in home are focused (4 stars), having them show when they have confirmed appointments is another story (1 star). The results, water leaks and both extensive and costly repairs that have caused inconvenience for our family (1 star) Proceed hiring Prime with thoughtful caution (Overall 2 star).

Guy Dunn Service technician came out today and changed my filters on my RO system, and my sediment filter outside. He was prompt and knowledgeable and I appreciated the heads up when he was on his way out here. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and prime plumbing heating cooling services is on my list for any other plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Guy!

Guy and his team did an AMAZING job with the installation of our water softener and R/O system. He took time to thoroughly explain the system and the easy maintenance schedule and I look forward to years of quality water. I researched prior to this purchase other systems and this was by far our most affordable option. Thanks again to Guy and his team at Prime plumbing.

Just had my septic pumped for the first time this morning and the guy did an amazing job, didn't know that was even possible with a job like this. He explained everything to me and even had me flush toilets to make sure we had good flow. He checked the outlet baffle and tank condition. He advised on some treatments for roots and clogged pipes, etc. Will use again, highly recommended. All of my interactions with folks at this company have been top notch.

Joshua and his team at Prime Plumbing did a beautiful job on the bathroom remodel of our 90+ year old house. In addition to the remodel they added a powder room - no small task in such an old house. But besides being excellent, professional plumbers, they were also wonderfully personal and reassuring throughout the project. I recommend Prime Plumbing regardless of how big or small the plumbing need.
