Recently, we had some plumbing hardware replaced in our kitchen, and their team handled the job impeccably, demonstrating exceptional skill in navigating and troubleshooting issues that arose during the installation process. Our old water heater burst a seam, we called John around noon, he was able to have someone out by 3:00 pm same day (to cap lines so we could have cold water) then he was able to offer us electric water heater install next day - AMAZING service! Great overall experience with Raleigh Plumbing. They did everything they said they would. Showed up on time. Gave me pricing options. NO hard sell. Really appreciated the level of detail of the install and clean up. Major Kudos to Terry & Richard, they did a great Job and set expectations. Terrific Plumbers. Very satisfied with the entire process. Also like the technology they use. I was able to approve the Job after viewing the estimate, via email and similarly pay my invoice via Email. Seamless !!!!!!! The best plumbing company hands down! The staff is friendly and helpful. The technicians are amazing and knowledgeable. The main person, Dan, his knowledge alone is amazing. He was my first contact about 5 years ago I've been with them since!

For more than 23 years, Raleigh Plumbing has been there for us through multiple homes, coming quickly to our rescue for emergencies, as well as providing innovative solutions during Covid (like a “hands-free” operation pedal at the kitchen sink), etc. Our biggest mistake over the years, was allowing a home builder to use their own plumber, instead of Raleigh Plumbing, which resulted in a multitude of problems. Lesson learned…next time we will insist our home builder use only Raleigh Plumbing.
