Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning

These guys are total scam artists! My parents AC randomly stopped working a few days ago, so they sent two dudes out to take a look, who then spent two hours trying to take my parents for a $20,000-$30,000 ride, by suggesting their entire AC system is faulty and needed to be replaced (which would also take several days, during a week with 90+ degree temps). They only briefly suggested it could be due to a specific cheaper issue, but kept pushing the narrative that my parents would be throwing money away if they attempted the fix and it didn't work, and continually pushed them to schedule a full replacement, involving AC units upward of $30,000 for a home that's only 1,300 square feet. I managed to convinced my parents to hold off and get a second opinion. We had another business come out that same day, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes at a cost that was essentially free by comparison, and even offered a full refund if it didn't work. And guess what? The AC has been working perfectly since. That guy was amazing. Radiant is not. Avoid Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning like the plague. UPDATE: The owner replied below, and while I'm glad they seem to be taking this seriously, they misrepresented a key fact. The 5 "repair" options we were provided in writing all ranged from $15,000-$33,000! The ONLY true "repair option" we were provided was the verbal one that they kept downplaying and pushing us away from, and was estimated at more than double the $250 price we paid someone else to take care of

Billy arrived from Radiant Plumbing to fix our air-conditioning system. He was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. He let me know the problem and then let me know the definite fix along with the suggested options without any pressure. I took the most efficient and my air was working great before he loaded his truck. I've always been happy with Radiant Plumbing and Billy continued their excellent service and professionalism.

Radiant was great! After our water heater greeted us with some issues after we had been out of town, they were able to get us service the next day! Gunner was awesome and provided us with lots of great information how to move forward with the repair and how to plan for future. Thank you!

Ruben came to replace some parts under our 10 year parts and service warranty. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring that we understood our systems and how they function. We asked many questions and he patiently listened to our concerns and addressed them in a helpful & friendly manner. We have 4 Trane Xi21 units so sometimes it gets complicated. We are so impressed with Ruben, we asked him to become our permanent service and maintenance representative. Although getting the parts needed wasn’t easy, Radiant worked diligently and as quickly as possible to get our A/C fixed. We appreciate their efforts on our behalf. Thanks Ruben and Radiant staff!!

Jean and Billy were wonderful! They explained everything in terms I could understand and even had a video call with my husband, who is stationed over seas, to explain everything to him. They worked fast and efficiently and they were kind. I will absolutely call Radiant again if we have anymore issues!
