Excellent experience overall. What was a disaster in the making turned out to be a simple fix for Fernando. He had everything we needed to get our system back and running. I will not call anyone else. Pipe had slipped out of the compression fitting and the fix was very clean and in our budget.

I researched the difference between electric and hybrid as I am going solar and am trying to eliminate gas completely. I was enticed by the great rebates from Duke and tax credits for 2025. Queen City was one of the companies authorized to install for Duke and had a great reputation. They sent out Bill who listened carefully to what I wanted and put together a quote. I hired them and they accommodated my schedule to replace everything. First Michael Lopez was awesome on installing the hybrid model and then Hass electrical was paired with them to install the necessary 240 volt plug. They took care of everything! I didn’t have to worry about setting up anything myself. It was a great experience. Everything is in code and permitted and they cleaned up everything nicely. Very professional and nice people!

I was halfway through a round of golf when the wife called and said we had a new water feature in our front yard. I was able to reach out to queens plumbing and let them know what was going on. I got home and was able to turn off the water at the street. Within an hour Zac arrived on scene to assess the situation. Zac had the supplies needed on the truck to repair the pipe in the front yard and stop the leak. The rate for the job was fair since I didn’t have the tools or supplies needed and the whole thing was fixed within 2 hours of the original call on a Saturday!

Tyler came out to see what was going on with our a/c unit. He was very personable and straight to the point with what he would do if it was himself or a family. I love the fact that they did not try and upsale anything to us that we did not need. We ended up having a new A/C unit installed that same week. Topher, Peyton and the rest of the crew was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure things were properly installed. Extremely happy that I went with Queen City and felt at ease with the whole process!

Queen City Plumbing did a great job repiping my entire house in only two days, and at a reasonable price. Their plumbers are highly experienced, professional, and friendly! Edit: I guess I just overwrote my previous glowing review of Hayden's performance in fixing the initial leak. I now have two outstanding experiences with Queen City Plumbing!
