Santiago did an excellent job servicing our tankless water heater. I was impressed by the communication from Premium plumbing. It started when Santiago was dispatched to my house. I received a text and real-time tracking updates. Upon arrival, Santiago went over the treatment plan and provided pricing. After an hour, the appointment was completed to my satisfaction.

I have had Louis to my home several times for various issues and recently had Santiago visit to repair some old pipes and install a new faucet. Louis and Santiago have always been on time, are very pleasant to talk to, respectful of my home and refreshingly honest.
