I used them for several years both at my home and rental properties and was always happy with the service until all of a sudden they stopped answering my messages or returning my calls. Subsequently, I have moved on to another company that replies promptly and takes care of my problems. I merely asked if I could split pay. Rather than politely saying "No", the ghosted me! I guess that when they say that it costs nothing to ask, isn't always true.
