He was knowledgeable and also took the time to help me literally chase down my crazy doodle Cooper through the neighborhood when I forgot to close the door! Highest-rated referral possible. Plumbing Solutions is exceptional! They are reliable and respond quickly. They even have a real person taking their phone calls and scheduling (I think her name was Jodi) she was so helpful. Our technician, Greg was efficient, friendly and his level of knowledge was excellent. We have utilized their services once before and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The commercial kitchen I run at a senior living facility had a major issue with a rotted drain pipe that ran all the way through the kitchen and out to the dining room. From day one of repairs, all the crew were professional, communicative, responsive and always cognizant of the needs of the kitchen staff, as well as of providing the least amount of disruption for my crew and our residents. The job was finished on time as promised, and the clean up was great. Mike S, Jon M and all others involved rocked it!

I don’t often write Google reviews, but everyone deserves to know about the incredible work Dylan did for us. If you want a team that will stop at absolutely nothing to solve your plumbing problem, you should absolutely call Plumbing Solutions of Idaho!!! I accidentally flushed my engagement ring down the toilet (long story) late at night and was completely devastated. Andy called us first thing the next morning at 7:30am before they even opened, and Dylan was at our house by 8:30am. She spent HOURS navigating our pipes with a camera, tracing everything all the way out to the street—over 100 feet away. She wasn’t phased at all by how messy or difficult the job got. Dylan is a total trooper and an absolute badass. She eventually spotted the ring 88 feet out in the main line, under the sidewalk. At that point, the only option was accessing it from the manhole in the middle of our street. Andy and John came out to help, but Dylan was once again the true hero—she went down (literally in a harness) into the manhole and spent over an hour carefully maneuvering the camera, trying to fish the ring out. The whole team stayed positive and hopeful the entire time, even when my fiancé and I were starting to give up. And then—five hours after she first arrived—Dylan came up with the ring in hand. I was speechless and beyond grateful. I truly cannot recommend Dylan and the entire team at Plumbing Solutions of Idaho enough. They went so far above and beyond. If you’re ever in a tough spot, these are the people you want by your side.

Amazing company! John, our plumber, was excellent and answered all our questions. These folks are dedicated, get the job done quickly, and explain everything to the customer. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family! Excellent job, John! I appreciate your patience and taking the time to explain everything. You’re a fantastic plumber. He deserves a raise! One last thing. When my wife called their dispatch, the lady said she thought it might be 30-45 minutes before John arrived. Fifteen minutes later, I walked out to take the trash, and John was there! He was inside talking to my wife and getting information to troubleshoot our water issue.
