Plumb Magic

We have turned to Plumb Magic with success and relief for over 10 years. We have a house with strangely-constructed cast-iron plumbing that is probably challenging to work on, and they have always come through. They are particularly patient with me, as I like to follow along and learn (not make sure they are doing things correctly, because I have no clue), and not everyone likes someone looking over their shoulder. Today, our service provider was James West, who not only effectively solved two issues and stayed patient with me, but also made some excellent suggestions about future projects that might make our lives easier. We will always call Plumb Magic.

I had a hot water heater go out about a week after I purchased my new home. The home warranty I had was trying to not cover the replacement. The first plumber was no help at all. I was already a week without hot water and no end in sight. I asked for a second opinion and they directed me to Plumb Magic. Plumb Magic called me and asked me a series of easy questions. They called the home warranty that same day and got a replacement approved. They even came out the next business day and installed it. I was blown away. Beyond grateful for Plumb Magic and they’re awesome efforts. If you want a trustworthy company that will work with you and take good care of you then give them a call. They even texted me and kept me updated on everything. The installation was super fast and Brian was very helpful and even talked to me about tips for keeping the water heater in good condition. Very professional. Plumb Magic will go out of their way to help you and they will work fast. Will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues.

New condo owner. Leaking hot water heater was my problem. Micah Maddox was the service person who came to check it out. Unfortunately this 10 year old water heater was rusted out. It was replaced with a new, similar unit in a very efficient manner. Micah also answered questions I had about water softening and filtration. I also purchased those units that would serve me best. There was an installation issue with the water filtration system and Micah stuck with it until he got the problem solved. He cleaned up any mess before leaving. Plumb Magic plans to come back in about 30 days from installation to make sure I'm happy with my service and products. They will also provide annual maintenance service for the water heater and new filter for the filtration system as well as bring more salt for the softener. Dave from Plumb Magic came out to fix a burst pipe. It was located upstairs which had caused a leak in the basement. He was quick to locate the actual burst pipe. He was able to fix it quickly so we could get our water back on. He was also extremely helpful in locating a repair company to deal with my water damage. He helped me get them on the phone and they also came over right away. By the end of my disastrous day I had a plan. Water was on and my ceiling in the basement was being professionally dried. In order to fix my pipe they had to remove the vanity etc.. They did this with no damage. Excellent and friendly service.

I tried to fix a leaky toilet that kept running and just could not get it done. After 3 trips over to Home Depot and several hours I gave up and called a plumber. He quoted me over $100 just to show up so I asked my neighbor if they knew anyone. She referred me to Dave from Plumb Magic. Dave showed up within a few hours from my call, showed me a simple thing I was doing wrong and did not even charge me near what the other guys wanted just to come out. Excellent service and I very much appreciate it.
