The technician was prompt, efficient and did a great job solving the problem with my clogged drain. And within 30 minutes my drain was unclogged. Wonderful work. Will sure to call again if any problems arise. Thank you for your service.

Roto Rooter came out today to help with an issue on our water heater. They were very prompt and had great customer service. Dan and his assistant (really sorry I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) were awesome and walked me and my wife through what was going on. So thankful it was an easy fix and we were able to get our hot water running. Thanks again Dan! I know who to call for great service!

Scott was very professional when he replaced our water heater. He was respectful and left the area very clean. It was a little complicated because we preheat our water with our geothermal furnace. That went very well m, because Scott listened to the information we presented to him. As a woman I am extremely grateful for that. We put our water heater in a pan and he offered to plumb it to the drain so we didn’t have the hose to trip on. Grateful for that little extra service. All in all we were very pleased. Thanks. hired them to come out to scope and mark for a foundation project i have coming up. the first guy that came didn’t know what he was doing walking in and out the front door then around the house thru the patio door about 20x then he called a second guy to come help him that had 30+ years experience to tell me they wasn’t comfortable going any farther with the job because they didn’t want to damage any piping snaking the camera thru the lines. they mark about 4 duck tape on the floor of what they did scope and could have told me an hour earlier. the second guy recommended if i find someone who can do GPR - Ground Penetrating Radar because they don’t have the right equipment charged me 532$. so i hired reliable plumbing and told them what Roto Rooter said and they came over did the same thing for the price they quote me under 300$ and have everything marked, email me the photos, mark and label the tape they placed on the flooring making it easy for the next person to see. Being more for the money then the job I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had a toilet fix.. put on new shut off valve and new parts inside bowl.. probly $40.00 max for parts.. took plumber 20 minutes to fix. Said $278..00. then said thats not right, walked away and made a call. Charged me another and charge another $27.00 to come out. A total of $305.00. dont hire this company.. just highway robbery.
