MasterTech Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I called out Mastertech for plumbing issues and Logan came out. He reviewed so many issues I was concerned about and gave me a great plan on what to address first and got to work on the things we decided to do same day. He was patient and kind! When I mentioned I wanted some eyes on our 30+ year HVAC system he got a hold of CJ who came out within the hour to assess our system. Again - super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and sent a bid and noted they could complete a whole system overhaul the next day! CJ even answered some last minute questions via text for me while I was deciding on which system to select. The next day Tyler x 2 came out to install our new efficient system + a new wifi-enabled thermostat! They worked on it all day and were super respectful of the space. At the end of the day they walked me through setting up my account and app for my new thermostat, how to order the new type of furnace filters, and showed me the work they did in the basement, including fixing some loose ductwork! I'm sticking with mastertech - I was very impressed with everyone from the office staff to billing to the onsite folks. TY!

HVAC and ductwork contractor selection requires caution to avoid further property damage. MasterTech’s ductwork installation was problematic, leading to extended delays, damage, and the need for additional repairs to drywall. I’d reconsider who you trust to perform certain jobs, especially given their lack of professionalism, accountability, and support from upper management.

I called them in the morning, to ask for a tech to come out to look at and clean or service the AC unit, as my house was warmer than it should be. They had an opening the same day, and the tech Kyle was very nice and professional. He explained my repair options, didn’t try to upsell me on anything crazy, and had all the parts already on his truck. Great service.

Andy did a fabulous job taking care of us! We needed our faucets fixed but our system is old and we needed a trim kit to fit the old valves. Andy was honest, helpful and gave us a very fair price. He even took time to talk with me about the job over the phone as I am out of town and my daughter in law was at the house. Thank you so much for such great service!

I highly recommend Andy with Mastertech! He did an excellent job installing new faucets and replacing all of the shutoff valves. Friendly, thorough, and checked for leaks to ensure everything was in perfect working order. Very satisfied with his work! A solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plumber!
