I had a subpanel and surge protector installed in my residence on March 7, and Michael J. and his assistant arrived on time and were fast and efficient on the installation! They were professional and very informative and answered all of my questions. The job was done neatly and they left no debris behind! The plumber showed up on time and was professional but WAY overpriced. I was upset over $900 for simple shower repair. Hoffman appropriately returned my call and refunded me. He replaced valves in picture for $500 in 15 min. Shower cartridge was replaced (10min) for $475. THEN the plumber wanted ANOTHER $400 to unscrew the part in the picture and screw in a new part. (Took me 10min and $62 from Home Depot) In his defense, he had it in stock and I had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. $900 should buy a new shower valve in my opinion.

Jake was very thorough and talked me through the entire process so I understand exactly what to expect. The ducts looked incredible once he was done. I appreciated his communication - he called me right before he was done and made sure not to leave until I was shown before and after pictures. Always worth paying professional companies like Hoffman Brothers.

Brain arrived right on time at 7am. He was ready to hear our concerns & soon he was able to explain a plan that we liked very much. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done; he was able to cut into our cedar wall paneling & did a perfect job on alignment with a new outlet. We feel our house is much safer after all the work he did for us including a surge protector for our electrical panel & several other new outlets. I think he is the perfect example of the “A” team in all respects! Professional & polite in every way as well.

James was extremely professional, great communicator, respectful and very knowledgeable! Excellent work! It was such a great experience, I did not expect such a smooth process!
