Our new tankless water heater failed and needed parts on two separate occasions. We had Mike and Mason as our team from Coolray and they took care of us. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! I thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with the water heater company and using the warranty! That was all handled for us both times. Unfortunately we had multiple parts fail and they tried really hard getting us hot water! But was not possible until the second part arrived. This was our third time using coolray, we used them for clogged pipes, heating and air and now a water heater.. thanks Mike, Mason and the rest of the coolray team.

Install of new AC and gas furnace went great. Work was well done and there great attention to detail. It was a very "clean" install. Crew was easy to work with and professional from bid to finish. Excellent.
