AC had not worked for a couple of days - when Collin came out, he was very thorough and professional in addressing not only the current HVAC system issues but other issues around the home which had been in dire need of attention. Collin spent many hours taking apart the AC unit, cleaning it out, also the outside condenser unit, put everything back together, replacing parts, adding components to make the existing system function optimally and the house was cooling off nicely later that afternoon. He presented several options and walked us through the pros and cons of each. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system, took many pictures to document the before and after and sent all pictures and notes in an email for our reference. I’m so grateful Collin came out on this service call - his expertise and assistance were desperately needed and appreciated. I plan to call him again when I need service in my own home.

Sal was professional, on time, and got the job done efficiently. He explained what needed to be fixed in a way that was easy to understand, and his work was solid. Pricing felt fair for the service provided. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend him to others looking for a reliable plumber.

We had sudden sewer drain issues at our house, so we called Peterman Brothers. After the initial call, they arrived within two hours. Both technicians, Sal and Dylan, were extremely professional and were able to find the problem and quickly solve the issue. We received our invoice, and the pricing was more than fair, much lower than expected. We will continue to use their services and refer them to friends and family. Definitely a 5-star company!

Corey Snyder was the technician that came to my home to service my Air Conditioning. Corey was very polite and professional. He identified the problem and then thoroughly explained my options, each with the associated pricing. His explanations and options were excellent. He made sure we understood everything before he began the work. He made the repair in timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly. I was very pleased with Cory and the scheduling group with Peterman. So much so, I decided to enroll in their annual maintenance program and will specifically ask for Corey. Thank you Corey!

Austin did a great job providing an annual A/C inspection as well as fixing a shoddy UV light (installed by another company). He was very transparent about what work needed to be done, pricing, and what work I may be able to do myself, all of which I greatly appreciated. He clarified potential issues and offered possible work that could be done, yet he was not pushy. He finished the work in good time and for a reasonable price. I was sent a detailed report to keep for my records. I had a positive experience and plan to continue using this company going forward!
