Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing

We used Peterman's to fix a broken pvc pipe. $1500 and we took their word for it and sought no other estimates. Please refer to attached pic and look at the type of work they do. Unbelievable, they have destroyed the vanity and drywall. They agreed that the work was messy and they would try to compensate for the shoddy work. Peterman's got back with us and offered 3 free months of a membership plan they offer to discount any future work. It's $18 per month. So $54 total compensation for destroying our wall and vanity. I told them that was not going to work and they needed to up their offer or comeback and repair it. Their rep said we signed a drywall disclaimer which meant they couldn't do anything and their hands are tied legally....HUH? No resolution has been found and don't see that changing anytime soon. I was pretty upset. There are a billion plumbers out there and I suggest you look at another plumbing service.

This company was great. I found them on Google because 2 local companies never called me back. It was easy to set up what I needed online & chose my appointment day for when I was available. They are local to my area in Shelbyville even though they are out of Louisville. I had a tech & a trainee that showed up. These guys were so informative they fixed my toilet leak & i am set up with some other service with Peter man brothers. Totally happy with the cost & I have a job very well done. Thanks guys.

Had a flex appointment for Thursday and was surprised when I got a call at 10AM that tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. He arrived earlier and asked for info about my A/C problem. After checking thermostat, he went out to heat pump and checked the capacitor and found that it wasn't operating. He replaced the capacitor and checked the overall operation of the unit. The A/C was operating properly. Within 45 minutes of arriving, everything was running and house was starting to cool down. Brandyn was very polite and professional. Work was done timely. I'm very satisfied with both Brandyn and Peterman Brothers.

Wow! What can I say? My experience with Peterman Brothers Heating and Cooling was above and beyond what I expected. Their prompt service and calls/texts and feedback to me were immediate and voiced with care and concern over any issue I had. When Conner showed up to my house he was amazingly helpful. He answered any concerns or questions I had and was SO polite. His overall demeanor went way beyond his years as he worked non-stop making sure each and every detail was addressed and done right! He and the other tech gentleman that he worked with, named Ben, worked tirelessly as they took out of my basement a "behemoth " fuel oil furnace. For hours they went up and down those steps taking it out of my house piece by piece, and when they were done they left my basement "spotless"! The next day when they installed my new furnace and HVAC unit they again worked nonstop (barely having any time except for a quick sandwich or candy bar to hold them over) yet always had a smile on their faces and again took time out of their hectic day to answer any questions I had. The personal touch that Conner showed, along with Ben, was 110% perfection. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone who needs their furnace installed. Peterman Brothers company lives up to their name as one of "personal touch", "hardworking", and "dedicated to excellence"! Brandyn was my tech today. Upon arrival he was very friendly & professional! He asked questions regarding my concerns, ensured that I understood everything he was doing, explained fees, the Co. membership option, & alternatives thoroughly. He was very efficient in his work.
