Dan Allen was the technician who came to my mom’s apartment to install her bidet. He was friendly, professional, and completed the installation quickly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Dan and everyone I dealt with at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I would hire them again!

****Very disappointed with Mr. Rooter’s service**** We recently had a water softener installed by one of their technicians, Derek Foellmi, and the experience has been a nightmare. The unit was connected incorrectly (in reverse), which caused black particles to appear in our bathtub and faucets, and even led to our washing machine stopping completely. Eventually, the water lines clogged, and we were left without running water for a couple of days. When a different team finally came to fix it, it took nearly six hours just to bypass the softener as a temporary solution. Now we’re stuck using hard water while waiting for them to find parts and reinstall it properly. The lack of professionalism and technical knowledge was frustrating, and it caused a major disruption to our household. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter for water softener installations. Find a more reliable and qualified provider.

Mr. Rooter employee, Derek, stopped by this morning to replace my kitchen faucet and the stuck cold water shut off value. He was very nice to talk too and explained the different plans I could choose from. Example, choosing to replace everything or just what currently needed to be fixed. He also pointed out things to think about fixing in the future. He did a great job.

My whole experience from beginning to start was 5 stars! I called Mr. Rooter at 8 in the morning and let them know I had standing/slow water pooling at the drain. It had been slowly coming to this over the last few months. There was about 2 inches of water that I had to clean up before it did any damage. Well, unfortunately, it happened again right after I had just cleaned it up so I decided it was time to call a plumber. Mr. Rooter was able to fit me in, same day, from 12-4 and Drew, was there at 1230 on the dot. He assessed the issue, gave me options, and then got the job done in less than an hour. I have had no issues since the job was completed!!

Derek and Caleb were great. They were both professional and got the job done quickly. Everything was explained to me on what they were going to do. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and these guys. Thanks for a job well done. The main office was awesome also. I explained my situation to them and they got me in within a couple hours.
