OnTime Service

Holy moly - this was the BEST electrician service we have EVER experienced! Daniel is a professional, extremely capable, friendly, intelligent genius. Tyler provided excellent service as well. They spent a good 10 hours here installing lights, adding a new electrical panel, fixing switch problems, and resolving some other issues. And - even at 7:30 at night, after an exhausting day, they took the time to completely clean the several work areas. Recommend HIGHLY. WOW!

My mother hired Ontime service to do a major plumbing project in her home but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. During the job the workers taped up plastic sheeting directly on the wall and upon removing it took large swatches of paint off the walls. The service manager was contacted and said that fixing paint that was torn off the walls was not in the agreement. Despite multiple follow-ups with the office and service manager the consensus was that this would have to be fixed at her expense ($2,000 quote to repaint 4 walls) I contacted their customer service several times with the same answer of "We will not be covering this work" This lack of accountability and communication left me extremely disappointed. I cannot imagine that anyone would want to hire a company that will tear the paint off your walls and then expect you to pay to have it fixed. My advice- do NOT contract this company to any work.

If you need a company ONTime Service is the one. Grady was great. Grady found the problem right away. The problem is that Tom did an inspection on the HVAC system before we bought the house and said the unit was in good condition. Well, the unit isn't in good condition. Tom should have found the problem when he did the inspection. So now we are screwed. So Sad. Well, Ontime service is trying to make this right. Albert was great he talked to us about a new unit and tomorrow we have the manager come to look at the unit. So, we upgraded to a 5 star. They admitted Tom didn't do his job right. This company takes care of the people. So Cody (Manager) and Grady stopped and checked everything out and made everything right So, the company mad everything right. Great people and Company. They did a great job putting the new unit in Thank you

Wonderful experience and love our new light fixtures. Daniel and his apprentice were the best. I highly recommend OnTime Service. I am a repeat customer and plan to use them for more projects.

Cody Black was my excellent service technician! Cody answered every single question I had and even educated me on topics for the future. Cody was the most professional and trustworthy technician I have ever personally worked with! I only paid a small service fee, but honestly with the professionalism I would have tipped them if that was an option. Cody did an excellent job and I will likely use OnTime in the future because of Cody.
