Today was the second time we have used Hansen for AC Repair, both times they sent out Adam Smith and both times he did an excellent job! He was courteous, friendly, professional and explained the work he was doing while getting the job done, which I appreciate as I know little about AC unit repairs.Excellent customer service! I appreciate that Hansen has a 24 Emergency Line so that you can make a repair request and they have always called me back first thing in the morning, around 7am. Hansen is efficient, quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great Service!
Alex Deal came in introduced himself, checked out the unit and explained what was going on with it and got right to business. After returning from getting the part , He took several hours to complete but he was consistent and took his time since he was doing a 2 man job by himself. Any and all questions asked by my brother and I were answered and understood. Thanks again Alex Deal and Hansen another job well done and customer 100% satisfied with his work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brandon was fantastic. He wasn’t able to complete the job because he didn’t have a specific tool. He tried to go to the hardware store to buy it but they didn’t have it either. He’s going to come back and finish the job soon. Very polite and eager to have everything done the way we wanted it done. I will definitely use your service again and hopefully Brandon will be the technician on whatever job we need. We have already talked to him about a project at our new home in Foley when we get moved in next week. Very pleasant experience! Thank you!
